Eligibility for Returns

 Wecare Instruments want to take your experience with our products to an exceptional level. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are around to help. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

You have 30 days from the date you received them to return your items.

Products must be unused and undamaged and in their original packaging to be accepted. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and without signs of wear or alteration.

To process your return request you will need a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned products include all accompanying accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if any).

Also keep in mind that not all items are returned, such as customized dental instruments or products that have been sterilized, unless the item is defective or damaged. However, you can reach our support team for further clarification before requesting a return request.

To make the return process as transparent and smooth as possible, our servicing your dental instrument needs depends on your confidence in what we offer at weCare.

Refunds Policy

We process refunds in 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, or store credit may be offered if needed. Refunds cover the product price only, excluding shipping and handling fees, which are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

If the item was given as a gift, the refund will apply to the original purchaser, and gift credit terms will apply. To receive a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in factory condition with proof of purchase. Our customer service team is available if you have any questions.

Process for Returning Items

Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the product. Shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
